Here Comes The Sun

Last weekend was a glorious one. Rarely do we see temps hit the 40’s let alone 50’s in February here in Wisconsin. So of course we had to make the most of it and get outside to soak up as much vitamin D as possible before it got cold again. And it did get cold again with flurries on Monday and everything. I thought it was supposed to be an early spring no? Well at least we got one nice day to get us looking forward to a warm spring ahead, filled with many more days like this past Saturday.

While Joa napped Mia and I went outside and played and had some fun with chalk art. Once Joa was awake we all went on a family walk around our subdivision. I could tell we ALL were craving the nice weather because Mia usually asks to head home after one loop but made it through our entire subdivision! And Joa? He was sooooo chill! It was like he was in awe of nature. It was the first time he went for a stroller walk not in the carrier car seat and he looooved it! We spotted some birds, a fallen bird nest ( sad!) and lots of budding plants. Β Here is a photo dump of that wonderful day I will keep replaying in my head until Spring is actually here.
